At the RAF Museum Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Post the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
